How I work
Together, we explore your questions, wishes and challenges. Through conversation, musical exercises, improvisation, listening and reflection, we create opportunities to experiment and discover new perspectives.
Coaching can take place individually or in small groups. Workshops for ensembles and organisations are also possible.
There is no fixed formula. Each process starts from the individual musician or group and develops from there.
About my approach
I am an oboist, music educator and coach. My approach is shaped by my experiences as a performing musician, teacher and artistic creator.
Since 2020, I have been a solo oboist with the Berlin-based Stegreif Orchester, where improvisation, movement and interaction are integral parts of musical performance. I also lead workshops and coaching sessions at conservatories, professional orchestras and ensembles across Europe.
My experience includes leading artistic workshops with the Stegreif Orchester at conservatories such as HfMT Hamburg and HfM Detmold, as well as working with ensembles such as Musica Gloria. I also collaborate with organisations including Musica Impulscentrum and Klankennest. These different musical contexts continue to shape my approach to creativity, artistic development and musical learning.
